What to Include in Your Message
A little detail goes a long way. To help us answer you quickly and accurately, it is useful to include:
- A clear subject line, such as "Correction request" or "General question".
- The page you are writing about, ideally with a link, if your message relates to something on the site.
- A short description of what you noticed or what you would like to know.
- Any supporting information, such as a screenshot or the date you saw something, where it helps explain the issue.
Please do not send passwords, bank details or other sensitive personal information by email. We will never ask you for them.
When to Expect a Reply
We aim to respond to most messages within three working days. Some enquiries, particularly those asking us to check or correct information, may take a little longer because we want to look into them properly before replying. If your message is urgent, mention this in the subject line and we will do our best to prioritise it.
